
Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with an MBA and 2-4 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you'll act as a crucial link between our business and technical teams.
You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and drive organizational growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business principles, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and challenges.
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Propose and model future-state processes to optimize performance and reduce costs.
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Utilize data analysis techniques and tools to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Create financial models, forecasts, and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Work with IT, development, and project teams to design and implement new systems or process changes.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and deliver the intended value.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business departments and technical teams.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress effectively to all stakeholders, from end-users to senior management.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive and clear documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), process maps, and project plans.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on project status and outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in the testing of new solutions, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure the final product meets the documented requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent graduate degree from a reputable institution is required.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in a technology, finance, or consulting environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of database querying languages, such as SQL.
- Experience with process modeling tools like Microsoft Visio or BPMN.
- Familiarity with project management software (Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Soft Skills:

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
