Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and driving strategic initiatives through data-driven decision-making.

This position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.

- Work closely with product owners and developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.

- Conduct gap analysis, identify process improvement opportunities, and support solution design.

- Create user stories, wireframes, process flows, and BRDs (Business Requirement Documents).

- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and product backlog grooming sessions.

- Analyze data to support business cases, project prioritization, and performance tracking.

- Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet business expectations.

- Monitor post-implementation outcomes and identify opportunities for optimization.

- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.

- Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.

- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, or Lucidchart.

- Ability to perform data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
