Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

- You will be working with the business teams closely to drive the identification of requirements and create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.

- Collecting, analysing, and acting on input-based information and trends.

- Support strategic and business planning within the department by interpreting, evaluating, and interrelating research data and developing integrated business analyses and projections for the corporation into strategic decision-making.

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving proficiency.

Requirements:

- Strong Analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach to any problems faced.

- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.

- 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in eliciting requirements and testing.

- Excellent understanding of SQL(must have) and Python(must have).

- Required Skills - Data Warehouse, Data Modelling, Data Analyst, and Visualization, MS Excel.

- Proven analytical abilities.

- Good communication skills, team spirit, enthusiasm, ability to exceed expectations, and proactive contribution to the team/company will be expected of candidates.

- Written and verbal communication skills.
