Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other methods.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional and non-functional specifications.
- Create user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions using Confluence.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including developers, testers, and business users.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Create and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Analyze data using SQL to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g, Tableau, Power BI) to present findings.
- Use data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and track requirements using JIRA.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support testing and quality assurance efforts.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document current and future state processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of process changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Understand and address stakeholder needs and concerns.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Mandatory Skills and Expertise: Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Proficiency in creating user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA for requirements tracking and project management.
- Proficiency in using Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for creating reports and dashboards.
- Ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience working in an agile environment.
Qualifications: MBA in a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
