Job Title: Catering Sales Manager.

Experience: 8 + years.

Key Responsibilities :.

Sales & Business Development:.

- Identify potential clients, including corporates, event planners, wedding planners, and high-net-worth individuals.

- Generate leads and convert them into successful catering bookings.

- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and revenue.

- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation.

Client Relationship Management:.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client requirements and customize catering solutions accordingly.

- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Event Coordination & Execution:.

- Work closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution.

- Coordinate with vendors for event logistics, equipment rentals, and dcor if required.

- Ensure all catering setups meet Burma Burma's quality and service standards.

- Address any client concerns or issues during events promptly.

Budgeting & Revenue Management:.

- Develop sales forecasts and achieve revenue targets.

- Prepare pricing proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.

- Monitor costs and profitability for each catering event.

Compliance & Reporting:.

- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations for food handling and catering operations.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and event feedback.

- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.

Skills & Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in banquet sales or outdoor catering sales, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.

- Strong networking and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Passion for food and hospitality.
