About the Role

Burger Singh, one of India's fastest-growing QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brands, is seeking a high-energy Franchise Sales - senior manager to drive our ambitious franchise expansion across India.

This is a field-based, target-driven role designed for charismatic, results-oriented professionals who thrive on closing high-value deals and building strategic relationships.

As a Franchise Specialist, you will own the full franchise closure process, engaging with high-potential investors, negotiating deals, and converting verified leads into signed franchise agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the Closure Process: Manage verified franchise leads end-to-end-from initial contact to signed franchise agreement-using a structured, consultative approach.

Engage and Convert: Conduct telephonic and in-person meetings to pitch Burger Singh's franchise model, address prospect needs, and resolve objections effectively.

Negotiate and Finalize Deals: Lead commercial discussions, manage negotiations, and execute franchise agreements with confidence and accuracy.

Brand Representation: Attend industry expos, roadshows, and networking events to promote Burger Singh and attract high-caliber investors.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Business Development (site evaluation), Legal (NDAs and agreements), and Marketing to ensure seamless franchise onboarding.

CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of leads and interactions in CRM systems to maximize lead conversion and track progress.

What We're Looking For?

Experience:

- 5-6 years in franchise sales, real estate advisory, or B2B high-ticket investment sales

- Proven track record of independently closing high-value deals

Key Skills:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities

- Ability to build trust and influence decision-makers

Adaptability:

- Comfortable with frequent travel and face-to-face interactions across diverse geographies

Tech-Savvy:

- Proficiency with CRM tools and legal documentation processes
