Position Title: Programme Manager

Department: Operations

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Our mission is to provide a unique dining experience with high-quality ingredients and exceptional customer service.

We are expanding our reach and opening new outlets to bring our delicious burgers to more customers.

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Programme Manager to oversee the pre-onboarding activities for new Burger Singh outlets.

The Programme Manager will be responsible for end-to-end coordination with franchise owners and internal stakeholders, ensuring that each outlet opens on time and operates smoothly from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pre-Onboarding Activities:


- Develop and implement a comprehensive pre-onboarding plan for new outlets.


- Coordinate with the franchise owner to ensure all necessary documentation and agreements are in place.


- Assist in the selection and procurement of equipment, furnishings, and supplies required for the new outlet.

- Stakeholder Coordination:


- Serve as the primary point of contact between the franchise owner and internal departments such as Operations, Marketing, HR, and Finance.


- Facilitate regular meetings and communications to ensure alignment and progress towards the outlet opening.


- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the pre-onboarding process.

- Training and Support:


- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure the recruitment and training of new staff members.


- Organize and oversee training sessions to ensure staff are well-prepared and knowledgeable about Burger Singh's standards and procedures.


- Provide ongoing support to franchise owners and staff during the initial stages of outlet operations.

- Project Management:


- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.


- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and overcome obstacles.


- Prepare regular reports on the status of pre-onboarding activities and project milestones.

- Compliance and Quality Control:


- Ensure that all pre-onboarding activities comply with Burger Singh's standards and local regulations.


- Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure the outlet is ready for opening.


- Collaborate with the Operations team to address any last-minute issues or adjustments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.


- MBA from Tier 1 & Tier 2 college


- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role within the food and beverage industry.


- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and meeting tight deadlines.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
