Designation - Analytics Manager, Franchise Sales

Location: Gurgaon HQ

Job Role

As the Manager - Franchise Marketing & Funnel, you will oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns, funnel optimization, and CRM processes.

You will lead a team including the Ads & Marketing Manager, Ads & Funnel Analyst, and CRM & Optimization Analyst, driving lead generation, cost efficiency, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute market-wise campaign strategies to maximize lead volume while optimizing cost per lead.

- Manage Meta Ads campaigns, leveraging Meta Pixel for tracking and optimization, to enhance click-through and conversion rates through A/B testing.

- Utilize Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights for funnel improvements.

- Design and optimize end-to-end funnels to minimize drop-off rates and improve lead-to-sales conversions.

- Oversee Zoho CRM process mapping and automation (e.g., WhatsApp flows, task automation) to streamline operations.

- Lead deployment of new Zoho CRM modules and ensure accurate CRM usage across teams.

- Mentor a high-performing team and foster collaboration with sales and operations.

- Create scalable processes for campaign execution, funnel tracking, and CRM operations.

Qualifications

Experience:

- 3-5 years in sales-driven B2C marketing environments, with expertise in lead generation and conversion optimization.

- Proven experience with Meta Ads, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Zoho CRM.

- Hands-on expertise in funnel management, A/B testing, and CRM automation (e.g., WhatsApp flows, Zapier).

Skills:

- Strategic thinking and process creation for scalable marketing systems.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Meta Ads Manager, and Zoho CRM.

- Strong leadership to manage and mentor teams.

- Data-driven decision-making with focus on cost per lead, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
