Major Responsibilities:
- Execute the communication strategy for the Global Performance Program:
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to understand communication needs and objectives.
- Create a comprehensive communication plan that outlines key messages, target audiences, communication channels, and timelines.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication materials.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of communication assets (e.g., presentations, newsletters, emails, video content).
- Manage stakeholder engagement and change management:
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather feedback and secure buy-in.
- Develop and implement a change management strategy to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Facilitate training and educational sessions to help employees understand the program's objectives and their role in its success.
- Monitor and address stakeholder concerns and resistance to change.
- Measure and optimize communication effectiveness:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the communication strategy.
- Analyze communication metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously refine the communication plan based on learnings and evolving program needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
- Work closely with the program management team, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of communication efforts.
- Coordinate with the marketing and branding teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
- Liaise with the IT and digital teams to leverage technology and digital platforms for effective communication.
Skills & Qualities:
- Degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in communication strategy development and execution, preferably in a global, cross-functional environment
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Proficient in using communication and collaboration tools (e.g., CRM, project management software, content management systems)
- Experience in change management and employee engagement initiatives
- Familiarity with data analysis and performance measurement techniques
