This is a high-impact role focused on managing key client accounts, ensuring service excellence, and driving long-term success, satisfaction, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key partner accounts with a focus on long-term engagement.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of partner commitments.
- Drive satisfaction, retention, and renewal strategies.
- Collaborate internally to align delivery with partner expectations.
- Track performance metrics and share regular updates.
- Resolve partner issues by coordinating across teams.
- Prepare tailored proposals and budget plans.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in client handling and account management.
- Background in corporate sales and solution selling is mandatory.
- Strong customer success and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication, proposal creation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to track, analyze, and report performance metrics.
- Background in CSR, or consulting is preferred.
