Job Overview:
As the Head of BTL Marketing, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive below-the-line marketing strategies that effectively engage our target audience, drive brand awareness, and convert leads into customers. This role involves overseeing a talented marketing team, collaborating across departments, and ensuring the execution of innovative and impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
2. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute BTL campaigns, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results.
- Oversee direct marketing, event marketing, promotions, and sponsorship initiatives.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the BTL marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set team objectives and KPIs, and regularly assess performance against goals.
4. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the BTL marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and activities.
- Monitor expenditures and provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product, and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.
6. Performance Analysis:
- Utilize analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign success and optimize future initiatives.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
7. Innovation:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in BTL marketing approaches.
- Experiment with new tactics and technologies to engage consumers effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and experience in executing successful BTL campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience using industry-standard marketing and analytics tools.
