Requirement || Sr. Brand Manager || HealthKart


Role and Responsibilities:


P&L:


- Ownership and responsibility towards achieving set topline & bottom-line numbers as per the annual plan.

Leading NPDs:


- Ideate on possible white spaces for the brand to explore and Collaborate with our R&D teams to bring the product to market, right from formulation, packaging, product pricing and launch.

Scale Up of Quick Commerce Channels for :


- Work with the Q-Com team to build growth levers across product, sampling, comms & own the brand scale up for these platforms.

Category Management:


- Revenue Ownership for all the sub-categories within the brand.


- This role will oversee work on product, whitespace mapping, scale up on online channels & influencer amplification for this category in collaboration with channel teams & other support functions.

Design and execute user-driven growth campaigns:

- Developing a deeper understanding of customer cohorts using first party user data from D2C website & 3P data from ECom sites.

- Work on user segmentation, engagement funnels & create hypotheses for growing these cohorts/channels.

- Using A/B testing, product user data, and market research to form growth strategies for the year.

- Understanding the end-to-end life cycle funnel and attribution metrics to form inputs to the brand team to shape marketing and messaging.

Cross Brand Associations/Tie-Ups:


- Identifying new partners, opportunities to leverage their network to grow Gritzo.

Create & monitor daily reports:


- Analyse brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and track competition.


- Create Daily dashboards & streamline data in collaboration with the analytics team.

Brand Strategy:


- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market positioning and achieve business objectives.


- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
