We are seeking a results-driven individual with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms to generate high-quality online leads.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about performance marketing and skilled in creating, managing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns that drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and conversion rates.
- Continuously monitor ad performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve ad effectiveness.
- Research market trends and competitor strategies in digital advertising.
- Manage daily ad budgets and bid strategies effectively.
- Coordinate with the content and design team for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Ensure lead quality by tracking lead sources and working closely with the sales team.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of online lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Solid understanding of landing page optimization and funnel marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads & Meta Certification is a plus.
- Experience with remarketing and lead nurturing strategies
