Role - Head Vendor Management Role and Responsibilities: - Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy for Contractor/Subcontractors partnership - Conducting research and analyses of effectiveness and processes of Onboarding Process - Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy based on Demand & Supply Matrix - Engagement activities planning to motivate Contractor & partners - Assessing market trends and competitors to make the decision on Contractors/Subcontractors Payout Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions - Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects - Monitoring and reporting on projects - Supporting and guiding senior executives/Managers in decision-making processes Requirements: - Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred - 6-8 years of experience in merchant onboarding, management consulting or strategic planning - Must have 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and planning skills - Project management skills - Strong leadership and Negotiation skills
