BricknBolt is a managed marketplace providing construction services. We are category creators and front-runners in space. We are solving one of the most complex business problems and creating an ecosystem of trust for the Stakeholders - Customers, Construction professionals, and Material vendors. Construction has been a highly unorganized and severely tech-deficit industry globally. We are just not trying to organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology and process - creating the playbook for the industry.

- Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes.

- Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Head - B2B Sales to lead and drive business growth for our commercial category. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in category building, business growth, and sales leadership. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in startups or the real estate/construction sector, with a proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the right product-market fit and pricing strategy for the commercial category.

- Drive category growth and expansion while ensuring capital efficiency.

- Develop and execute targets, budgeting, and growth plans for the category.

- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure category success.

- Conceptualize and execute GTM strategies to drive B2B category adoption.

- Work closely with marketing teams to design high-impact campaigns and promotional strategies. Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to optimize category performance. Align internal stakeholders and enable business teams to achieve revenue targets.

Key Requirements:

- 8-10+ years of experience in B2B sales, business growth, or category leadership roles.

- Prior experience in startups or high-growth businesses is preferred.

- Strong pedigree (IIT/IIM/ISB/XLRI) or equivalent is preferred.

- Proven track record in category building, scaling businesses, and driving revenue growth.

- Experience in real estate/construction is a plus.

- Strong team leadership skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
