Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement 360 marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, trade marketing).
- Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Manage brand positioning, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and distribution teams to ensure brand visibility at retail and modern trade.
- Monitor brand performance, track KPIs (awareness, market share, ROI), and prepare regular reports.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media houses, and creative partners.
- Drive innovation in packaging, communication, and consumer promotions.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across offline and digital channels.
- Manage brand budget and deliver efficient ROI on spends.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in brand management within FMCG/FMCD industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and retail trade dynamics.
- Expertise in ATL, BTL, and Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making ability.
