A marketing agency is hiring for the profile of Brand Solutions Sales Lead - Influencer Marketing.

Experience: 4-7 years

Location: Gurgaon

About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive influencer marketing revenue growth by sourcing and closing brand partnerships. As the Brand Solutions & Sales Lead, you'll be at the forefront of pitching ideas, winning mandates, and building lasting client relationships. You'll act as a consultative partner to brands, translating their marketing objectives into impactful influencer-led solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Business Development: Source influencer marketing briefs directly from brands across industries, expanding our client base and unlocking new revenue opportunities.

- Sales Leadership: Pitch, negotiate, and close influencer marketing deals that align brand goals with creator capabilities.

- Client Partnership: Build and nurture senior-level brand relationships, becoming their go-to advisor for influencer marketing.

- Revenue Growth: Own quarterly targets, manage a sales pipeline, and consistently deliver on revenue objectives.

- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends, competitor moves, and category insights to position us as a partner of choice.

- Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative, and operations teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery post closure.

What You Bring:

- Experience: 4-7 years in sales, business development, or account management in influencer marketing, digital media, or brand solutions.

- Proven Track Record: Strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets with direct brand partnerships.

- Network: Established connections with marketing decision-makers across sectors (FMCG, tech, lifestyle, auto, BFSI, etc.).

- Consultative Sales Skills: Ability to uncover client needs and pitch influencer marketing as a strategic growth lever.

- Communication Excellence: Confident presenter with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Drive & Ownership: Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
