About the Role:
- You will be responsible for crafting compelling brand narratives, managing marketing campaigns across various channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Management:
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Leverage insights to inform brand strategy and campaign development.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality marketing assets, including advertisements, promotional materials, and content for various platforms.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorships that align with brand objectives and enhance brand visibility.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement of marketing campaigns and brand strategies.
- Manage the brand marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective execution of marketing activities.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
- Oversee the planning and execution of brand-related events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand presence and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles, consumer marketing strategies, and the food & beverage industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, marketing automation platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand stories and messaging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.
- Experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
