Brand Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, communication, and growth initiatives.
This is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for shaping how the brand is perceived and loved by our consumers-across digital and offline touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Own and evolve the brand's identity, voice, and value proposition
- Conduct regular brand health tracking and competitor analysis
Campaign Management:
- Conceptualize and execute 360- campaigns across digital, influencer, and retail platforms
- Collaborate with performance marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging
New Product Launches:
- Work closely with NPD, R&D, and packaging teams to launch new products end-to-end
- Lead go-to-market strategy including pricing, naming, positioning, and rollout plans
Content & Storytelling:
- Drive storytelling through packaging, website, social media, influencer marketing, and PR
- Liaise with design and content teams to produce compelling creatives
Consumer Insights:
- Leverage data and consumer feedback to guide product improvements and messaging
- Own focus groups, feedback loops, and post-launch analysis
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Align with sales, digital marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand experience
- Partner with agencies and vendors for creative, media buying, and PR
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of brand management/marketing experience, preferably in skincare, personal care, or FMCG
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing, and product lifecycle management
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with creative intuition
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute preferred
