Job Summary :

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Brand Manager - Skincare with an MBA/PGDM from a premier business school to drive the growth and market leadership of our skincare portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess deep consumer insights, a strong marketing acumen, and proven capabilities in brand building within the beauty or personal care sector. You will be responsible for crafting and executing brand strategies that elevate our skincare products to prominence and foster strong consumer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative brand strategies and marketing plans for skincare products, aligned with business goals and consumer needs.

- Leverage consumer insights, competitor analysis, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and differentiate the brand.

- Collaborate closely with R&D, sales, digital, creative agencies, and supply chain teams to ensure flawless product development, positioning, and launch.

- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across omni-channel platforms including digital, social media, PR, influencer marketing, and retail activations.

- Monitor brand performance through sales data, market share analytics, and consumer feedback, and implement corrective actions when needed.

- Lead consumer-centric initiatives to enhance brand affinity and engagement.

- Manage brand budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact.

- Develop compelling brand stories and communication strategies that resonate with target segments.

- Build partnerships with key stakeholders including retailers, media, and industry experts.

- Mentor and guide junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, or equivalent) with a specialization in Marketing preferred.

- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in brand management within skincare, beauty, or personal care industries.

- Strong understanding of skincare market dynamics, consumer behavior, and product trends.

- Demonstrated success in brand building, new product launches, and campaign management.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.

- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and social media strategies.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
