Brand Manager- Female- Immediate joiner preferred


We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to own and drive the brand strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in branding, digital marketing (especially across Instagram and Youtube, content creation, campaign management, influencer collaborations, and marketing analytics.)

This role requires building a strong, compelling brand presence, managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and evolve the brands positioning, tone of voice, and identity across all channels

- Ensure consistency in all external and internal brand communications

- Lead digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Google, etc.

- Coordinate with influencer and social media marketing teams to execute campaign plans

- Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling assets

- Manage website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid social media campaigns

- Analyze brand campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

- Monitor key KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI

- Generate actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements

- Work cross-functionally with product, design, sales, and leadership teams

- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members

Requirements

- 8+ years of relevant experience in branding and digital marketing

- Proven track record with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing

- Strong analytical skills; proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
