Role Overview:

This is a strategic brand leadership role focused on building iconic products, shaping consumer perception, and driving growth in the luggage category. The Brand Manager will lead product strategy, launch execution, and brand storytelling across channels

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Development:

- Define and own the product roadmap for luggage and travel gear

- Identify market gaps and consumer needs to drive new product development

- Collaborate with design, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to bring products to life

Go-to-Market Execution:

- Lead product launches end-to-end, including positioning, pricing, and channel strategy

- Analyze performance metrics and optimize future rollouts

Brand Building:

- Shape brand voice, identity, and messaging across digital and offline touchpoints

- Develop annual brand plans and track brand health KPIs

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Partner with Ecommerce, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive execution

- Manage product lifecycle and ensure alignment with business goals

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 3-7 years of experience in brand or product management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods

- MBA from Tier 1 B-Schools (IIMs, ISB, MDI, SPJIMR, etc.) preferred

- Strong understanding of physical product development and sourcing

- Analytical mindset with a flair for design and storytelling

- Experience in market research, pricing strategy, and campaign execution

- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about building consumer-first brand
