About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead end-to-end brand management for one of our key FMCG product categories. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of analytical ability, creative thinking, and execution excellence, with proven experience in building and scaling consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen market presence and drive growth.
- Own the P&L responsibility for the assigned brand/category.
- Conduct market research and consumer insights to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams - Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital, R&D, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive innovation and new product development in line with consumer needs and market trends.
- Plan and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital).
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure ROI on brand investments.
- Build strong relationships with creative, media, and research agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Requirements:
- 5-8 years of brand management experience in a reputed FMCG company.
- Strong exposure to P&L management, brand campaigns, and product launches.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think both strategically and operationally.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
