Job Title: Brand Manager (FMCG)
Job Summary: Were looking for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that elevate our market presence and drive customer loyalty. Youll be the guardian of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while uncovering insights that fuel growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall planning of marketing mix
- Brand management Analysis, Evaluation, Planning & Implementation
- Regular follow ups with team down line through line management structure
- Planning (requirement analysis, designing & packaging) & implementation of existing & new product development
- Planning & implementation of new schemes for increasing sales
- Exploring & developing sales potential in existing & new areas
- Regular analysis & evaluation of modern marketing trends to keep entire domain updated
- Time bound market visits for regular feedback mechanism
- Maintaining business relationships with trade partners
- Managing data of entire distribution network & available channels
- Managing promotional mix including various promotional activities such as advertising (print media, electronic media, outdoor & transit, online
- Constant coordination with sales team & their regular training & development
- Close coordination with production & packing department for smooth
- Handling and Developing a team of marketing & brand professionals
Qualifications: Master Degree or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in Brand handling
