Job Title: Brand Manager

Seek a creative, results-driven marketer with 8-12 years of experience in brand management. Passionate about food and branding, you have a strong understanding of B2B/B2C marketing, digital strategies, and consumer insights. An entrepreneurial, data-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Develop and execute marketing plans, performance-driven campaigns across digital platforms to achieve key business goals (sales, lead generation, etc.).
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget to ensure profitable growth.
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media and digital content to boost brand awareness and traffic.
- Customer Journey: Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted strategies.
- UX/UI Collaboration: Work with the design team to enhance the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of digital assets, including the website and app, ensuring brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work with influencers, brands, and chefs to expand reach and create innovative partnerships.
- PR & Reporting: Boost brand visibility through PR and track brand performance through key metrics.
- Market Insights: Conduct consumer research and analyze market trends to develop growth strategies.
