Brand Manager
- Ownership of the brand P&L for the brand/categories in consideration
- Responsible for the 3 year strategy plan and annual operating plan for the brand/categories in consideration
- Develop and refine the brand architecture in view of the competition and market trends in the relevant categories of consideration.
- New Product Development: Develop a pipeline of new product launches/innovations for the brand; responsible for clearing the stage gates for the new products from idea to launch.
- Responsible for building consumer insights for the brand
- Effectively work with creative/advertising agencies to create campaigns for the brand
- Effectively design media campaigns in line with the brand's marketing objectives
- Develop Activations/BTL activities in line with the annual brand plan
- Liaise with the sales team for effective deploying of BTL activities and monitor performance of schemes and trade activations.
