Brand Manager
Type: Full-time (5 days WFO)

What You'll Own
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Lead the overall social media strategy with a pulse on trends, culture, and storytelling.
- Trend Monitoring - Stay ahead of social media trends, adapting and implementing the latest strategies to enhance engagement and reach
- Build and manage the social media calendar - topicals, campaigns, new launches, UGC, collabs.
- Oversee end-to-end content creation with our designers, creators, and Cafe teams.
- Ensure timely and consistent posting with strong execution across platforms.
2. Influencer Marketing & PR
- Build deep relationships with influencers, creators, and lifestyle media.
- Execute buzz worthy campaigns that feel authentic, not transactional.
- Lead PR outreach, get our story heard, and amplify our Cafee and D2C brand.
3. Brand Collaborations
- Identify and drive brand collabs that feel culture-first (not just logo swaps).
- From ideation to rollout, you'll own partnerships that make noise and bring new audiences.
4. Events & On-ground Activations
- Plan and execute high-impact Cafe events, pop-ups, influencer tastings, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal ops teams to ensure smooth execution and post-event buzz.
5. Strategic Marketing to Drive Revenue
- Link brand with business drive footfall, trials, and online sales through clever marketing.
- Use data and insight to plan smarter campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints.
6. Brand Calendar Ownership
- Maintain and align the master brand calendar: launches, collabs, seasonals, social, and events.
- Ensure visibility and clarity across teams with clear planning and execution timelines.
Who You Are
1. Experience: 4-5 years in brand or content marketing
2. Influencer & PR: Proven ability to lead influencer and PR campaigns
3. Campaign Ownership: Hands-on with end-to-end campaign execution
4. Social Media: Strong grasp of social strategy and content planning
5. Team Management: Comfortable managing creators, agencies, and internal teams
6. Execution: Skilled in project and time management
7. Industry Exposure: Experience in F&B or D2C brands (preferred)
