Job Title: Brand Manager D2C (Direct to Consumer)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Manager D2C with an MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School to lead the end-to-end brand management for our direct-to-consumer business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the D2C and digital-first brand landscape, possess sharp analytical skills, and be skilled at creating differentiated brand experiences across all consumer touchpoints.
You will be responsible for driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and delivering impactful marketing campaigns that advance the brand's journey and key business KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated brand strategies tailored for the D2C business to drive growth, differentiation, and brand recall.
- Own the brand communication and experience across all digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand positioning.
- Lead creative development efforts to produce compelling content and marketing campaigns that motivate consumers to take action.
- Collaborate closely with external agency partners and internal teams to deliver marketing initiatives within budget and timeline.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Define performance specifications, pricing, and market applications that align with brand and business goals.
- Devise innovative strategies to fuel brand growth and continuously improve customer engagement metrics.
- Align internal stakeholders around brand strategy, choices, and tactical execution.
- Measure and report campaign ROI, key performance indicators, and overall brand health.
- Oversee product distribution feedback and consumer reactions to inform strategy adjustments.
- Stay current with emerging trends in the D2C and fashion marketing landscape to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School (such as IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, or equivalent) with a specialization in Marketing.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in brand management, preferably within D2C, digital-first brands, fashion, or FMCG categories.
- Strong passion for digital marketing, brand storytelling, and consumer-centric innovation.
- Demonstrated capability in managing marketing budgets, agencies, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Deep understanding of D2C consumer journeys, e-commerce platforms, and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
