Role Objective :
To independently manage the assigned product portfolio and execute all brand activities in line with the agreed business and brand strategy. To assist Head of marketing on NPD for an identified category in line with the business objective.
KRAs:
- Marketing Plans: Formulate marketing plans in line with the marketing strategy. Monitor Brand health, Brand performance in line with Marketing plan
- New Product Development: Assist Head of marketing on assigned NPD projects and own the new product development cycle
- Agency Management: Conceptualize and initiate relevant market researches. Initiates relevant briefs to the creative & media agencies for creation & execution of brand communication as per agreed brand plans.
- Go to Market - Design and develop the Trade collaterals to help build the brand in trade and support key launches
Knowledge & Skills :
- PG in Management (Full Time and with Marketing Specialization) and Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Consumer Durable/ FMCG, with hands-on exposure to NPD, New Launches, Consumer Research, Communication Development, digital and Brand Activations.
- At least 3-years Brand Manager experience is desirable.
- Media relations, Marketing Strategy, Branding, Sales, Consumer Behaviour, Customer focus, Cost focus, Planning & organizing, Communication & networking, Creative, Analytical ability, Proactive, Result oriented
Salary offered: 23-25LPA
