Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive brand strategies based on market research, audience insights, current trends and brand objectives for existing and potential clients.

- Develop and implement compelling brand stories through visual storytelling big ideas and solutions that bridge content and creative, ensuring they align with overall pitch/client objectives.

- Present creative strategies, ideas, and recommendations as pitches to potential clients in a compelling and articulate way.

- Add to the overall portfolio of the agency, measured by client satisfaction and pitch winning work.

- Work closely with internal creative, digital, and account teams to ensure seamless integration of creative solutions into broader marketing strategies.

- Ensure clear and timely communication between the creative team and internal stakeholders working on the brief.

- Drive a culture of innovation, encouraging fresh storytelling approaches and creative risk-taking.

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

- Ability to conceptualize creative routes and high-quality content.

- Ability to pitch and write digital strategy presentations.

- Strong understanding of culture and emerging trends, and an ability to apply these to content thinking.

- Collaborative Mindset the ability to develop constructive relationships with creative teams and multiple business stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Analysing and finding actionable insight from diverse sources of data, including social listening and keyword analysis.

- Creative confidence and brand building attitude keen sense of aesthetics and eye for colours.

- Discerning with quality of creative output.

- Wide variety of interests in the Arts broad strokes across literature, design, poetry, films, gaming, interiors, photography, entertainment, etc.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in overall digital marketing, with at least 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, creative strategy, or brand/digital strategy and presenting pitches.

- Preferred MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related.

Location: Mumbai, Andheri or Vashi (On-site).
