As a Brand HR Lead responsible for leading HR strategies that align with the brand's goals, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, training, and fostering a positive work environment, while ensuring compliance with labor laws

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives and brand values.

- Collaborate with senior management to align HR practices with overall business goals.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and the retail sector.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the retail industry.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the best possible fit for each role.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.

- Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a sense of belonging and motivation.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.

Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and develop/deliver programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Ensure that all employees are adequately trained to perform their roles effectively and efficiently.

- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

Compliance and Legal:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations and implement necessary changes.

HR Operations:

- Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.

- Oversee HR processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Brand Alignment:

- Ensure that HR practices are aligned with the company's brand values and image.

- Promote a positive and professional image of the company to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Contribute to the overall success of the brand by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Skills and Qualifications:

- MBA (HR)

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the retail sector.

- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.

- Experience with HR software and systems.

- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.

- Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
