As a Brand HR Lead responsible for leading HR strategies that align with the brand's goals, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, training, and fostering a positive work environment, while ensuring compliance with labor laws
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives and brand values.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR practices with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and the retail sector.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the retail industry.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the best possible fit for each role.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a sense of belonging and motivation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop/deliver programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

HR Operations:
- Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.

Brand Alignment:
- Ensure that HR practices are aligned with the company's brand values and image.

Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA (HR)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
