Brand Director - FinTech
Role Overview:
- As company's Brand Head, you will define and drive our brand strategy, creating a powerful and lasting connection with our users.
- Reporting directly to the founder, you will lead branding, communication, and creative initiatives with a deep focus on organic brand building-crafting narratives and experiences that naturally resonate and grow.
- A milestone-based approach will be key, ensuring thoughtful and strategic brand evolution. This role demands a unique blend of strategic vision, creative excellence, and executional rigor to position the company distinctively in the competitive Neobanking space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement a compelling brand narrative that aligns with company's mission and business objectives.
- Consumer Insights & Market Trends: Leverage data and insights to understand user behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning to refine our brand strategy.
- Storytelling & Communication: Craft impactful campaigns and narratives that resonate with users across various channels - digital, offline, and experiential.
- Creative & Content Leadership: Work closely with internal design, content, and marketing teams to create high-quality, engaging, and innovative brand assets.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Lead end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints - advertising, social media, influencer collaborations, PR, and community engagement.
- Performance & Brand Equity Measurement: Define key brand KPIs and track their performance through brand recall, awareness, and sentiment analysis.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with growth, product, and business teams to ensure a seamless brand experience across customer touchpoints.
What We Are Looking For
- 10 -15 years of overall experience with 5 yrs of experience in brand marketing, preferably in fintech, consumer tech, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong expertise in brand storytelling, positioning, and creative strategy.
- Experience in leading high-impact, multi-channel brand campaigns with a data-driven approach.
- Deep understanding of digital-first branding and social media trends.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Passion for building brands that emotionally connect with users.
