Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:


Minimum: Bachelors degree in any discipline.


MBA or related postgraduate degree preferred.

Experience:


- Minimum 35 years of experience in the Forex or Financial Services industry.


- Prior experience in a branch leadership role is highly desirable.

Skills & Knowledge:

- Understanding of foreign exchange products, RBI compliance, and operational procedures.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and branch MIS to


Key Responsibilities:

Branch Leadership & Development


- Lead branch-level sales and operational activities to ensure smooth and compliant functioning.


- Build a result-oriented and customer-focused team.


- Drive growth in branch revenue and profitability through active business development.


- Monitor daily transactions, customer interactions, and staff performance.

Sales & Target Achievement


- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for currency exchange and forex card products.


- Identify new business opportunities in the local market (corporates, travel agents, MICE, etc.


- Support and mentor the sales team to meet individual and branch targets.

Regulatory Compliance


- Ensure 100% adherence to RBI guidelines and internal company policies at all times.


- Oversee KYC and AML procedures with accuracy and timeliness.


- Coordinate with compliance and audit teams for periodic reviews and reporting.

Customer Service & Relationship Management


- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through prompt service and professional conduct.


- Resolve escalated customer queries or complaints effectively.


- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.

Reporting & Coordination


- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management.


- Coordinate with HO teams (Finance, Compliance, HR, IT) for operational needs.


- Represent the branch during internal and external audits
