About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the operations, sales, and administration of our branch.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining a high standard of customer and student satisfaction.
This role is ideal for leaders with strong operational, sales, and people management skills who can balance business performance with service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations & Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth execution of academic and administrative activities.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs, policies, and local regulations.
- Monitor inventory, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Drive admissions, enrollments, and revenue targets for the branch.
- Develop and execute local marketing and promotional strategies to enhance visibility and lead generation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to create effective sales plans.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage academic, sales, and support staff.
- Motivate and monitor team performance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews for consistent improvement.
Customer & Student Relationship Management:
- Ensure a high level of parent, student, and client satisfaction.
- Address escalations promptly and effectively to maintain strong relationships.
- Organize parent meetings, feedback sessions, and engagement programs to build trust.
Strategic & Financial Planning:
- Prepare and manage the branch budget, expenses, and profitability reports.
- Provide periodic performance updates and actionable insights to the senior management team.
- Implement cost-efficient operational strategies without compromising quality.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate data on admissions, revenue, attendance, and staff performance.
- Ensure legal, safety, and financial compliance in branch operations.
- Submit timely MIS and branch performance reports to the head office.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make strategic decisions.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or operational management.
- Knowledge of education industry trends (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM and branch management software.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
- MBA/PGDM preferred for senior-level positions.
Experience:
- 4 - 7 years of experience in team handling and operations for mid-level roles.
- 8 - 15+ years of experience in branch or business management for senior roles.
- Prior experience in the education, training, or service sector preferred.
