About:
1. Overall In charge for the optimum operation of the assigned branch viz. sales, accounts, stocks etc.
2. In charge for the sales from the retail and project segment for the assigned area.
3. Main exposure of handling Channel Partners (Distributors & C&F, OR SFA Handling )
4. Responsible for B2C Sales
5. Achieve monthly / yearly targets set by the management for all products under LIPL.
6. Coordinate the sale proceeding for optimum service levels.
7. Collection of payments.
8. Report market activities to the manager as per set format.
9. Motivate the team members of the branch and ensure that they work on peak performance.
10. To develop applicators for products under LIPL.
11. To manage and motivate all applicator teams.
12. To conduct regular mason meets in the assigned area.
