Job Responsibility: - Branch Manager / AVP
Developing and Managing team:
- Make strategic planning to grow Business for the all B2C & B2B Branches.
- Advising clients on profitable Investment opportunities for Equity, Commodity and currency products
- Keeping in touch with customers through personal visits, telephone calls and correspondence.
Creating cross sell and up sell opportunities:
- Identifying, acquiring, developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Delivering excellent customer support:
- Planning projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities.
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of competitor activity, products and services.
- Attending and contributing at sales meetings
- Measuring customer satisfaction levels.
- Answering product related questions from customers.
- Taking on complex customer issues and resolving them.
Core Responsibilities:
Managing team and its activities:
- Responsible for developing and increasing overall market share across all the segment.
- Identifying prospective and generating business from the existing & new clients thereby achieving business targets.
- Individual HNI client's sales target.
- Make strategic planning to grow business & managing relationships with HNI clients & retail clients.
- Negotiating mutually profitable Investment opportunities with clients by creating cross sell and up sell opportunities.
- Planning projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities.
- Attending and contributing at sales meetings.
Measuring customer satisfaction levels.
Job Responsibility: Vice President Sales
- Develop robust sales strategies and identify innovations in business development.
- Driving business & ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving /surpassing sales targets; expanding business reach & creating new sales / leads opportunities.
- Ability to lead & recruit relevant sales professionals (specially BMs, Area Heads etc.) to enable scaling up of the business including broking (80%) as well as WM products (20%).
- Responsible for profit & loss of the vertical as per the strategic plan.
- Sound understanding of Equities, Mutual Funds, PMS and alternative investments are critical for the job.
- Ability to directly build and manage HNI & UHNI relationships.
- Would be responsible for expanding the client base in all regions through combination of both direct as well as indirect channel.
- A real Team player with ability to motivate and encourage the reporting team to excel in performance and achieve results.
Core Requirements:
- Leadership skills are a must.
- Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modelling and analysis
- Excellent communication (oral & written),
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills will self-driven approach.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
