Job Mission: Responsible for entire sales-cycle, starting from suspecting, prospecting, opportunity development, revenue generation and sales closure.
Principal Responsibility:
- Business target achievement in the assigned region
- Building and managing the team
- Recruitment of required manpower on need basis.
- Maintaining integrity and ethics of the team
Other Responsibility:
- Monitor and Manage branch operations.
- Monitor competitor Condition in Market.
- Manage existing Accounts & build new client base for the organization.
- Work closely with the other members of the team to help develop a coherent sales strategy
- Keep accurate sales records and be able to provide clear revenue figures to management whenever required.
- To ensure weekly/monthly reports & comments are submitted by relevant deadlines.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate - (preferred B. Tech/B.E.
- Civil/ Mechanical + MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization.)
Knowledge and Experience: 12 + Years in the AHU/ HVAC industry
- Knowledge of Business Development, Negotiation & Risk Management
- Ability to Analyze Sales Data
- Professional Written & Verbal Skills
