ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Team management

- Clear understanding of Equity Markets

- Client/Business acquisition and Customer Relationship Management

- Market intelligence and competition analysis

- Individual sales

- Managing P&L

- Manage ancillary locations

- Work with Cash Future Arbitrage in pan-India

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Qualifications:

- NISM-8

- Graduation (preferred: Finance)

- Experience in the stock broking industry

- CFA is a plus

- MBA is a plus

Skills:

- Good communication skills

- Ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority

- Self-starter, self-motivated individual, open to initiating other value-added tasks, entrepreneurial attitude

- Strong ability to manage change and ambiguity

- Drive to achieve results
