Job Description:

Primary Responsibility:

- Leading the branch and expanding the business.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase branch profitability and achieve sales targets.

- Promote bank products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment solutions.

- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address customer inquiries effectively.

- Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients.

- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing branch team.

- Set performance goals, conduct staff training, and provide mentorship.

- Ensure adherence to HR policies, including performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.

- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure adherence to banking policies.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and risk management guidelines.

- Maintain security and confidentiality of customer and bank information.

- Conduct regular branch audits and implement corrective actions if necessary.
