Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership and Business Development:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed branch sales targets.

- Drive the recruitment, training, and motivation of sales teams (agents, advisors, etc.).

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Branch Operations Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Manage branch expenses and budgets effectively.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

- Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales, operations, and compliance.

- Ensure proper customer service.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve their full potential.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide development opportunities.

- Resolve team conflicts and address employee concerns.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the branch's market share and competitive position.

- Provide regular market intelligence and feedback to senior management.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Ensure that the branch provides excellent customer service.

- Handle escalated customer issues.

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
