Job Title: Branch Head Insurance Broking

Locations: Pune, Bhubaneswar, Chennai

CTC Range: 15 to 25 LPA (Depending on location & experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Branch Heads to lead operations and drive business growth in our branches located in Pune, Bhubaneswar, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, along with strong team leadership and branch management capabilities.

This role combines strategic sales leadership with operational management to ensure profitability, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead branch-level business development and client acquisition activities.

- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve branch revenue and profitability targets.

- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance partners, and other stakeholders.

- Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and execute branch-level sales strategies aligned with company goals.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify business opportunities.

- Ensure high-quality client servicing and retention.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 10 years in corporate sales within the Insurance Broking or Insurance industry.

- Proven team management and branch leadership experience.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive results.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and deliver targets consistently.

Education:

Bachelors/masters degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (MBA preferred).
