Business Development Manager
Role Overview:
- As the Branch Head/Business Head for our Mumbai operations, you will lead the branch's overall strategy, growth, and profitability.
- Your role will involve strategic planning, business development, client relationship management, and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company's goals.
- Drive long-term growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Align branch operations with the companys overall vision and objectives.
Business Development:
- Lead efforts to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
- Foster relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Cultivate a culture of Less is More and God is in the Details to maintain high standards of quality and service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and profitability.
