Key Responsibilities:

- Lead & Manage Sales Team: Guide, motivate, and oversee a team of sales professionals, setting clear performance goals and ensuring that they meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within the B2B market, specifically focusing on technology and digital marketing services.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective and existing client companies.

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including customized sales pitches and proposals, to showcase Brad Technologys services and drive revenue.

- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.

- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure a seamless client experience.

- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly track and report on sales performance, market trends, and KPIs, adjusting strategies to improve results.

- Industry Insight: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and technology services to better serve clients and provide cutting-edge solutions.

Key Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales, with a strong focus on digital services in technology and marketing.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of B2B sales, digital marketing, and technology services.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to analyze client needs and craft personalized solutions.

- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
