We are a startup with a proven product and early market traction. Hiring a sales leader to translate this traction into scalable, predictable revenue.
This role is for a pragmatic sales leader who understands the fundamentals of the SaaS sales cycle and is prepared to build a process from the ground up. You will move beyond executing a corporate playbook to writing your own, with the autonomy and equity to match the responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the GTM Foundation: Define our sales process, target customer profile, and pricing strategy based on direct market feedback and data.
- Execute and Close: Initially, you will be directly responsible for generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and closing our first enterprise customers.
- Build the Team: As revenue grows, you will hire, train, and lead a team of Account Executives and SDRs, creating a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
- Inform Strategy: Your insights from customer conversations will directly influence our product roadmap and marketing strategy, making you a key part of the founding team's decision-making.
We Are Looking For:
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales experience.
- A documented history of exceeding personal and team quotas in a complex sales environment.
- The operational skills to build a sales process, define metrics, and accurately forecast.
- A realistic understanding of the challenges at an early-stage company, coupled with the motivation to solve them for a greater stake in the outcome.
