Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis & Mapping:

- Analyze and document existing workflows and systems across all departments.

- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

Digital Transformation Strategy:

- Design and execute a comprehensive, group-level digital transformation roadmap.

- Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with organizational scalability and strategic objectives.

Technology Implementation:

- Lead the implementation and integration of digital tools and enterprise platforms.

- Ensure robust data integrity, system security, and regulatory compliance.

Technology Strategy & Execution:

- Maintain and evolve a forward-looking IT and digital roadmap.

- Oversee system architecture, infrastructure, and technology integration.

- Identify and mitigate technology-related risks proactively.

- Manage vendor relationships and assess new and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.

- 5-10 years of progressive experience in technology management and business operations.

- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation and performance improvement initiatives.

- Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis capabilities.

- Proven track record in executive-level data reporting and decision support.
