Bondada Group - Sales Head - LED Lights Segment

Experience: 10 - 15 years of sales & marketing experience in LED lights

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the sales of LED Lighting to companies, new projects, and government agencies

- Timely submission of data/information to the respective reporting authority.

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.

- Hands on experience in industrial lighting solutions.

- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain favorable terms and pricing.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers for smooth communication and to meet required expectations.

- Exercise leadership capabilities by successfully motivating and inspiring others
