Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Deputy Manager Channel Sales for our AAC Blocks division. The ideal candidate should have 6 to 8 years of proven experience in channel sales within the AAC blocks or building materials industry, with strong market knowledge and an existing network in the Hyderabad region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners (dealers, distributors, stockists) in the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets through effective channel strategies and dealer engagement.
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Monitor channel performance and ensure timely order placements and collections.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and analyze market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and brand awareness initiatives.
- Resolve channel partner issues, provide product training, and ensure consistent communication.
- Track competitor activities and suggest strategies to retain and grow market share.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Key Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of experience specifically in AAC Blocks or similar building materials industry.
- Proven track record in channel sales and dealer management.
- Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad/Telangana market and local customer behavior.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools
