Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our uPVC profile sales in the Hyderabad region.
The ideal candidate must have 6 - 7 years of relevant experience in uPVC profile sales, excellent market knowledge, strong client connections, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
A two-wheeler is mandatory, and only local candidates from Hyderabad will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales of uPVC profiles in the assigned region (Hyderabad and surrounding areas).
- Identify and develop new fabricators, dealers, and channel partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide technical support as needed.
- Conduct regular market visits, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to recommend effective strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and client records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 to 7 years of hands-on experience in uPVC profile sales or related building material industries.
- Strong understanding of uPVC profiles, fabrication processes, and dealer/channel management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
- Local candidates from Hyderabad only will be considered.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Masters in Mechanical, Civil, or Marketing).
Joining: Immediate or as early as possible
