Job Summary:

- We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Managers to join our growing sales team.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of our solutions within a defined territory.

- This role requires a proven track record of success in software solution sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build relationships with C-level executives.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify and qualify potential customers through various methods, including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events.

- Solution Selling: Understand customer business needs and challenges, and effectively present and demonstrate the value of our solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target accounts and with other partners.

- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and track progress against targets.

- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer success.

- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in software solution sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong experience in selling to C-Level executives and closing high-value deals minimum of 2Cr/annum.

- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Strong understanding of the software sales cycle.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and2 partners.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented.

- Experience with CRM software is a plus.

- Compensation: Competitive base salary with uncapped sales incentives based on target achievement.
