BlueTree is actively searching for a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager with 5+ years of experience to be a strategic driver of our growth in the HR Tech sector.

We're looking for a passionate sales professional who excels at identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.

This role is a pivotal opportunity for someone ready to build and nurture key client relationships, while making a tangible impact on our company's expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand our market presence in HRMS and Payroll solutions.

- Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, from initial outreach to deal closure.

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of our HR Tech solutions to potential clients.

- Negotiate and finalize strategic agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique business challenges and recommending tailored solutions.

- Collaborate closely with our product and customer success teams to provide valuable market feedback and ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of documented success in sales, with a specific focus on HRMS or Payroll solutions.

- A deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and key business drivers within the HR Tech industry.

- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.

- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage a full sales cycle independently.
